photo messaging

I have Droid Eris and can't figure out how to send picture message. I'm not real computer savy so I need the "for idiots" version. Thanks!

You should be able to either:

Attach a photo to a text by hitting menu while in the sms app and select 'attach'.

or

Start in the photo gallery, maximize the photo, tap and select 'share' and choose messaging from the menu that pops up.

Disclaimer: this is how it works on my Droid; not sure if it's the same on the Eris.

This is the same way it works on my Hero - Basically the same phone.
