You could hook your devices up to an intermediate laptop or PC: upload from your phone to your pc/lappy and download the pics from your pc/lappy to your new phone.
Maybe it is easier for you to use a (free) cloud service like Dropbox as an intermediate storage place. Just install dropbox on both devices and acces the same account.
