Help Photo Upload Issues

Still trying to resolve issues with photo uploads to Facebook and other sites. Cannot upload pix to FB with browsers: chrome, boat, dolphin. Dolphin & boat do nothing. Chrome fails with not enough memory error. Firefox works. Have checked permissions to allow access to storage; clear recent apps, clear cache, reboot - same signature. Also can no longer upload photos to another web based site that I use. Issues seem to have started at about time of May security update. Continue to look at permissions - see no obvious issues.

Have not done FDR. Any ideas other than FDR?
