Photos from HTC to PC

Hi,

I just downloaded over 4000 photos from my Android HTC phone to my PC. They downloaded well, but when I went to open them, they were thumbnails. I tried to enlarge but even 4x5 results in a completely blurry photo. How do I download them to be normally sized?

Hi have you tried double clicking them ? Also how did you transfer them with HTC sync ?
