I can't find any threads that reference this exact issue so I am starting one.
I recently had to perform a factory reset of my Droid 2 Global. After doing this all of my pictures I take can't be opened once I close out the camera app. They still show up in my gallery but only as placeholders. It says the photos are in the incorrect format? I don't get it. I took the pictures with this phone/camera and now I can't even open them with it.
When I try to sync them with my mac, iPhoto also says the format is incorrect? So, what can I do to get this corrected at least so that I can retrieve the photos off of my phone (and then I don't care what I need to do after that to get stuff working, I just want to preserve our anniversary pics).
