Photos

[Android Question]

Hi. I am trying to access my photos on my Samsung phone but getting a message saying I need to deleted pictures, videos to free space up. I have therefore been onto 'my files' and deleted lots of pictures and videos and I am still unable to view any pictures.

Please help.

This actually sounds like a RAM issue. Do you have a bunch of apps installed?
I'd recommend restarting the phone and seeing if you can open your pictures that way.
Also, if that doesn't work, try uninstalling some apps that you might not use and could be using up your RAM.
Also, which Samsung phone do you have?
