If you mean transfer the photos to a PC, then connect the phone to your PC using a USB cable then drag and drop the pictures from the phone to the PC using Windows Explorer (Window key + E).
Alternatively, if you mean upload to something like FB or Flickr, tap the photo and look for the share button (a dot with two arrows coming off it). Tap this to see the sharing options. If the service you want isn't in the list, check the Play Store for a service-specific app.
