Pic Grunger for Android

Pic Grunger is one of the most innovative and creative apps for iPhone allowing users to turn photos into scratched up, stained, aged masterpieces.

I have searched far and wide for something similar and cannot find anything like this app for Android. It seems it would be a very simple app to duplicate for Android but I'm not a programmer/designer so I will plead ignorance on this. Does anyone have any idea if there is something similar out there or on the way? I'd gladly pay the price to have the same abilities to tweak my photos like my iPhone friends have.

Thanks, Mick, I've got that app already and love the options for the camera. Sadly, I don't believe it'll scratch or stain photos like Pic Grunger does. I truly wish I had the ability to make apps and understand the coding, I'd love to see the same one for Android.
