Help Pic not downloading in Viber

Hello Viber Team

I am have Nokia 630 using Viber s.a.r.l. and mostly when ever I receive the pic message,it can not be open and sometime showing in the message area but when i want to download it is just on wait and wait for long.I tried several time on uninstall and install but the issue is still there.Could you please help me to sort out this problem.
