Picasa Being Turned Off? What App/Site Will Let Me Transfer All Of My Content?

I just found out that Picasa is being turned off. Google wants us to pay per-month for Google Drive. Do any of you know an app that will help me transfer my Picasa content, to my Google Drive account? Or maybe a Web site? I'm going to be so angry if I loss all of my over 1,000,000 pics and videos, currently being stored with Picasa!!!
