When I go to my gallery and try to share a photo on picasa, it says Failed to retrive data, what do I do?

I'm trying to load photos I took on my android (4 G) phone into a PC
with Windows 7
I can't get signed into a wireless router.
I load the Router ID and never can enter the SN of the router that I have.

If I understand correctly, you can't connect to your router wireless, so you don't have an internet connection?
If that is the case, you can post this question in your phone sub-forum.
Anyway, this is not a Picasa issue, but a WiFi connectivity issue.
