Picassa

Hi Everyone,
Could someone please tell me how to get rid of Picassa. I don't want it and I have tried to get rid of it by un ticking Google sync settings, then Application Manager, (after a Google search), then scrolling to Gallery and delete data or cache but there is no Gallery listed on my Galaxy Note 4- with 5.1.1 , or my Samsung Tab 2. 4.2.2.
I spent all day yesterday trying to get rid of it and tearing my hair out. Apparently if one can delete the data or cache in Gallery then magically Picassa goes?.
Hope someone can help,
Many thanks,
Joan.

Thank you so much for responding. I had trouble finding the "ALL" tab under application manager but finally after many swipes the all option appeared and I was able to find my Gallery and delete the data and cashe. That worked for me so Picasa has gone. Many, Manny thanks for your help.
Much appreciated. I had been at this for days. Sorry for not coming back before this but I had minor surgery on my left eye and couldn't use the computer.
Regards,
Joan.
