I have a samsung galaxy and my pics and videos disappeared. They are saved to my google account and drop box. Is there a way to get them back on my phone?

Try ooking in the Dropbox FOLDER on your phone. They may all be there. Dropbox moves the files, by default, rather than copying them. You can always copy the Dropbox pictures to the Pictures" folder on your SD card to have them AND keep them safe.
