pics sync from android to android

id like to have my photos i take (and also photos i download and save from emails) synced between my 2 android devices. is there a good way to make this happen?

is picasa the answer?

i just came from the iphone/iphoto world, and all my apple devices have all the photos in my iphoto. id like to accomplish this somehow now that i use a better phone and tablet
