I currently have the G1 phone and have had alot of photo editor apps. Most of them were not as great as I expected. But this app, PicSay, is currently one of the best apps yet. It has a free version with ALOT of features such as creating your own text bubbles, placeable items on the photo ( hats, mustache, decorations, etc.), and of course, your effects ( saturation, contrast, etc.). I have had alot of fun with this app and have honestly used this app with almost every picture I have taken. I really liked this app so i purchased the full app which has a much more features. This is by far the best Photo Editor App I have ever seen and I hope you will find it to be great too! Here are a few photos I made for fun with this app
