I can't view my pictures on my samsung 3 when I try it says not enough storage go to files and delete .i only have 10 pictures of My mom she died november
14-16 .
How do I fix this ?
This is a brand new phone.

Brand new or second hand? I'm not sure what phone the "Samsung 3" is, but the Samsung S3 is about 5 years old.

The most important thing is to copy those pictures somewhere else. A phone is not a safe place to store irreplaceable pictures: they can get lost, stolen or broken. So if the pictures are important, copy them to at least one other device, cloud storage as well if you want to be safe.

Once you've done that, then tell us what your storage menu actually says about how much free space you have (internal and removable storage).
