picture message not sending

When I send a picture message it always tell me failed what can I do to send pictures
 
Hello and welcome! Which phone do you have? I have a Galaxy S4 and I noticed if I'm sending a high quality pic to certain people it doesn't go thru for whatever reason. Do you have a good signal? MMS sends over data not wifi
 
Hi, welcome to Android Forums, I'm rabidhunter and I would like try to help. When you are trying to send pictures, do you have your data turned on? Pictures sent by text are sent through 3g or 4g data services and will not send through Wifi. I of this does not help, please repost you question. Or join for free here.
