So, I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit (carrier: T-mobile) and for the past couple of months, I haven't been able to send or receive any pictures. When someone sends a picture to me, it says it's downloading but nothing every happens, and when I try to send someone a picture, it says, "Currently unable to send your message. Will send when service becomes available," even though there hasn't been a single time when I haven't had service. My mom turned the WiFi on my phone off, but that was almost four months ago, and it stopped working way after that. What can I do to be able to send and receive pictures?

Might have to edit your APN settings. Go to "Settings", "More" or "Mobile Networks"and from there you can add, delete or edit APN settings. Go here, APN settings for data and picture messaging (MM... | T-Mobile Support, to see what you have to enter.
