my pc is a windows 10. I have a android 4g exhit 2. there is no driver in pc connecting to phone so I can download pictures on to computer. what driver do I download so I can do this?

Windows 10? Only up to 8 as far as I know.

Normally when the phone is connected to windows by usb and the pc is online the drivers needed will be automatically loaded and installed. Suggest you re past your question with a little more information.
