ping problem

I have 2 Samsung mobiles - S7 edge (Android 7.0) and S8 (Android 8.0).
When I make a ping from my computer to S7 it answers OK but I don't get any answer from S8. All devices are on the same subnet.
What is wrong with S8 & Android 8.0 ?

Have you done a traceroute to see where it fails?

Does the internet work properly on the S8? You're not having connection issues?

Internet works OK for both S7 and S8 ...
I made a Speedtest (Ookla) on S8 and all of sudden I could ping ... hmm ... can't explain that
