Hi Folks. Could anyone actually tell me what this is, and how to use it. I get 100 of these little monkeys free on my 3 tariff, so I'd like to try and use them. Needless to say, the man on the phone at 3 was as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

Any help would be much appreciated.
