Pixel 2 camera samples - thoughts?

Over the weekend, Google shared a folder showing off around 40 different pictures that were taken with the Pixel 2's new camera. I think these look absolutely amazing, but what does everyone else think?

I'm always a little wary of photos released by manufacturers, but I have to say that the quality is extremely good, and I doubt I'd have guessed they had been taken using a phone.

Anyway, mine should be arriving shortly before I make a brief visit to New York, so hopefully I'll get a chance to give it a test run there.
