Pixel 2 the worst phone I have ever owned

Jack Ives

Lurker
I hate this phone constant crashes, dies randomly even at 30% charge, has the stupid dongle that's now has stpstop working randomly so. Is i can't listen to music when at the gym, college, and journeys.

Even the WiFi on this phone is awful, I have pretty good WiFi at home but the pixel refuses to use it randomly disconnecting and just being very slow.

If I didn't have it on contact I would throw it away unfortunately I have another year to suffer with this phone and I'm not looking forward to it.

Yeah, none of that on mine, nor on the vast majority of people's.

So the best guess is that you got a defective one (all manufacturers have them at some level, and while the odds might be small for any individual somebody is going to get one). The suggestion above: back up, reset, don't reinstall your apps and see how it works, is a good one, just in case you've installed something dodgy, malicious or just poorly-coded that is causing problems. But something that can mess up both WiFi and battery without intending to do so would be very poor coding indeed, so I'll not be surprised if that doesn't help. But if you go for a warranty replacement the service provider is likely to ask you whether you've tried a factory reset, so you may as well save time by giving it a go first, then getting it replaced if that doesn't help.

And if that does help, reinstall your apps gradually, and in the first instance avoid any that were installed from uncurated sites (as those are the ones most likely to contain something dodgy).

This ... this is a Pixel 2 (TWO) we're talking about here? Am I wrong or isn't there a 2 (TWO) year warranty? Get it replaced and stop complaining.

Is this post serious?

I have had 0 problems with my Pixel 2. I suggest you take the advice of others and myself, bring it back to your provider and go through the warranty.
