Pixel 2 XL: How To Change the Launcher

  1. Download a 3rd party launcher (home screen app) from the Google Play Store
  2. Once it's been installed, press the home buttons > Always
Or....
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap on Apps and notifications
  3. Tap on Advanced > Default apps
  4. Tap on Home app
  5. Tap on the desired launcher
  6. Tap the home button
