Help Pixel 4A-5G Tap to Open Not Working

My tap to open, flip to shhh, and lift to check have all stopped working. I had my screen replaced and that is when it started. I have tested the proximity sensor and it always reads 0.0 or stays green depending on what testing app I am using. The place that fixed my screen said it is a software issue but I am doubting that. Any ideas or suggestions?

That's a hardware issue

Yeah, sounds like the screen replacement may have interfered with the proximity sensor - which will prevent those other features from working.
