Pixelbook = LG Eve?

When I first set up the Pixelbook and signed into Google I got an alert that somebody had signed into my Google account with an LG Eve and that I should confirm or deny if it was me.

What is the LG Eve? I thought maybe someone with the 5 year old phone had hacked my hotel WiFi. But then I downloaded the forums for Android app to the Pixelbook and it recognized the device as the 'Eve'...

Did LG make the Pixelbook with codename LG Eve? Is this all a mixup? So confused....

I'm not really sure who google contracted to manufacture the Pixelbook but if its LG that will be a funny easter since LG made an Android phone with a keyboard back in 09 or 10 that is referred as LG Eve although I think its officially called differently.

eve is the chrome firmware version. U possibly signed in to Google from a lg device with the eve build. My pixel book is on eve ,if that helps.
