You can mount your phone to the PC, and transfer from the phone to PC, or you can take the SD card out and insert that into the PC and transfer, or you can use an app to transfer via Wi Fi, there are many ways

If you have a wifi network you could use an app called AirDroid that makes it very simple. Other options are Drop Box which is a cloud application or sync your photos with Google+ and download them from there.
