ok i want this for android. googled around and have not yet seen that it may come.

I didn't really mess around with it enough to know how good it is but I downloaded an app called Retro Camera by Urbian, Inc.

Its supposedly 'inspired' by old school Lomo, Holga, Polaroid and Diana cameras.

It kind of sounds similar to that Red bullet app

FX Camera app has a toy cam feature similar to plastic bullet, though doesn't look as nice.

Try out Vignette they have what you are looking for and more. I Bought it a month ago now and have not once usd the default camera app since. It dose so much more then just cool filters too.

PicSay isn't a camera replacement, it's a photo editor.
