Play music from phone in sd without removing card

I don't think this question has been asked before, and I don't know why, considering it's really annoying to not have a solution.

My car has an Aux 3.5mm jack that I usually use to play music. I know that Aux signal is analog and does not sound as clear as it can sound on a digital signal like SD or USB.

My car does not have a USB port, but it does have an SD port.

My question : is there any aadapter (USB to SD male to male) that let's my hook up micro USB to my phone and have the other end hook intro the sd slot so that I don't have to take my sd card out of the phone every time I want to play music? Like an 'empty' sd adapter that takes data from my phone via USB so I can enjoy digital signal.

Hopefully someone understands what I mean and has some insight

Does your phone support USB mass storage? Most recent android don't, as Google switched to MTP with Android 4.

The relevance is that if the car is expecting a card in that slot I think there's no chance if the phone is interacting via a different protocol. I don't know for sure whether what you want would work with UMS, but I'm sure it won't with MTP, as there's no reason for an sd slot to use that protocol.

Why not buy an sd card, copy your music to that, and use it instead of the phone?

I appreciate the response. Yes my phone has my (galaxy s4). The reason I don't get another sd is because I add music very often, almost twice a day. And it's all done through the cloud via dropsync, so I'm never hooking the phone up to the computer. I was just hoping for some convenient method to play without removing and inserting the card into the slot
