Play Playlist?

I want tasker to play a playlist that I have called Sleep. I then want it to shut off after 30 minutes. I use the stock music player. Any help setting this up would be appreciated.
 
How far have you gotten with this?

I'm not sure what a playlist is. Tasker has the ability to play all the selections in a folder.
