Help Play Store download progress notification doesn't show up

When I'm downloading something from the Play Store the notification including the progress bar won't show up. How can I fix this?
I have Android 9.0 Pie in a Motorola One.

Go to Settings> Apps & notifications> Apps Manager> 3 Dot Menu> Show system ( Device for extra launcher)> Reset app preferences> reset Apps,

System revert to default launcher> to change> go to App drawer> select Launcher> long touch> set as default,

Go to Settings> Apps & notifications> Apps Manager> Scroll Down to Google play store > Tap in 3 Dot Menu at top right > Force stop> Clear data >Uninstall updates,

Wait some time for the App updates Automatically.

Restart device,
