Help Play store "server error"

Just started getting the error. So far I have
Deleted cache, data and forced stop play store
Deleted my google account plus the previous and the readded the account
Cleared cache partition

But still not working.

Anyone got any more ideas?

So tried some lateral thinking.
Played a game that had ads with links to install from the play store.

So clicked the link in the ad and now play store nearly works.

In My Apps and Games i can see installed apps on the All tab but nothing shows on the Installed tab. Despite the apps showing as installed on the All tab.
