I'm at rooted and at 4.3 on my Samsung GS4. As of this morning, I can't install any apps. It started when I tried updating TuneInPro. I've cleared the Play Store cache and restarted my phone to no avail.

uninstall Google Play, and then reinstall it.

you missed an update somewhere, reinstalling it will fix that.

I'm at version 5.10.30. If I delete it, Where would I load it from?

to answer this question, I should have said you need to use your PC and goto the Play Store, click on Install and it will download for you.

I had to do that once myself.

While the play store wasn't (directly) the issue, thanks for your support.
Were you recommending to load it via USB somehow?

No, it should download OTA or WiFi as normal.
I have download the .apk files for somethings I want, like "AdBlock" which was removed from the Play Store.

I have the adk as a backup from My backup pro but I didn't think Google would allow us to delete its store without cause all sorts of headache.
