play store tv show problem

I bought a shophix 8 inch tablet and then I bought season five of breaking bad from the play store with my tablet using the Google account I already had on my HTC evo.now when I tried to watch the show of download it from the store on my tablet it says couldn't fetch license (error code 43). Then I tried it on my phone and it worked perfect. I have been looking on Google for over an hour. Signed up for an account here and hoped someone would know.

Also I don't know what rooted is and I read somewhere you could download the movie/show to up to five devices at once.

When that happened to me the only way to fix it was to log out of Google services and log back in and let my Play Movies and TV app repopulate.
