Play video taken with Hero

I have the Sprint HTC Hero and love it. One question I have, however, is how do I play the videos that it takes?

I've tired copying them to my PC, but I don't have anything that will play it. In addition, I can't share them with others as they won't either.

Just looking for suggestions...Thanks!
