Player for instructional CD tracks

I am in the process of switching from an iPhone 5C to an Android Samsung Tab 3 Lite. I use both devices as telephones, (no problems there) and as a player for instructional CD
 
One addition to my needs is what I think is called a scrubber bar, because I frequently need to stop and go back to repeat a section.
