Playing Video Intempo ID Spirit - Help Please

Hi, and thank you in advance for your help.

I have just picked up a cheap Intempo ID Spirit in anticipation of 'donating' it to a hospital in Cuba when we go in July. I have also loads of SD cards (so you know my intention). But, I cannot get it to play any video at all. I have tried AVI, MP4 etc but I do not know which format works as the instructions are missing.

Any help would be truely wonderful.

Try a good video player on it, like RockPlayer or MoboPlayer.
