playing video to tv by rca cable

Hello how are U??? Hope Ur doing Great!!!
I have a Staighttalk Samsung Galaxy Proclaim... I have home video and few downloaded video, but can't play them to my tv... I purchased a micro to rca cord but it wont work.. Someone told me to get a usb to rca cord and it will work... So my Question is; if I get an USB to RCA cord will I be able to play my home videos to my tv ??? Thanks Very Much...

Not likely. If your phone is capable of the output, you would need an MHL cable.
However, according to the below website, it does not support video output, so the answer is no, that cable won't help/
