Hello, I'm new here!
I have 2xMinis for my kids for Xmas and am trying to get everything tickety boo before I wrap them.
Have just updated the phones to Gingerbread and now their playlists have lots of "unknown artists" listed and show no artwork.
Before update I didn't have this problem. I transferred music using Kies but just can't work out what the problem is or how to fix.
Any tips would be very much appreciated.
