Anyone had any issues with tracks being removed from offline playlists? Happened to me a few days ago, weird thing is the playlist still has the artwork even though the tracks are gone

I've had tracks added to my offline/downloaded playlist on occasion, luckily the mystery track disappears at some point. Maybe something to do with syncing the device again.
What bugs me is the apparent data use that the app uses when playing offline downloaded music. I now play in airplane mode only.
