Playstore stopped working

I'm having a problem of downloading Facebook and Snapchat apps. Whenever I wanted to download Facebook or Snapchat, Playstore just stopped working. But I have no issue of downloading other applications.

I tried to clear cliche, force stop, clear data or restart my phone, but none of them work.

Anyone knows how resolve the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Forums.

I just tried Snapchat for you with no problem. It is 59MB in size.

I suggest that you do a Wipe Cache Partition deleting all temporary fiels and n nothing else and try it again.

Hi, I'm now facing the same problem again but I have tried all the steps. When I add account, it keeps showing google play services has stopped. Is there any other way to add account?

Thank you
