Playstore via Bluestacks does not show certain Apps ?

Hello


I can’t find “Acer Air Monitor “ via Bluestacks 3 on the Play store


I can see it find on any Brower


I’ve tried numerous 3rd party ways to download the APK and none work
Emails to Blustacks go unanswered
3rd Party apps to download the APK don't work


Any ideas?

Apps that are determined to be incompatible don't show in the Play Store on the device itself.


Can see here that Acer Air Monitor is only compatible with one device I've got registered on my Google Account.

"Andy OS" is an Android emulator similar to Bluestacks, it's incompatible with that, and it's incompatible with a Samsung Galaxy Note3 phone as well.

This is almost certainly something that Acer, the app's developers would need to address.
