Playstore won't load apps. Amazon will. Why?

What is wrong with my Micromax A75 because when I attempt to load an app from Google Playstore it shows the ''download in progress'' screen but no matter how long I wait, it won't finish the process. However, with Amazon App Store there is no problem?the miNorta
