pleaaase im begging for a chop and screw app

Hello all I'm brand new on here sry for not startin in the introduction thread but I need help right away...I have been searching endlesslly for a chop and screw music app for android if anyone could point into the direction of one I would be 4ever grateful...or is there somewhere I can suggest that the app be made?

By chop and screw does this mean crop your music files and save them?

No that's not what I meant I allready have that app for ringtones...choppin and screwin music is slowin it down reversing the pitch and all that good stuff
