Android Question

everything on my phones working the volume the screens not cracked or anything, the touch screen just wont work at all so i cant unlock my phone.

Unfortunately I don't have enough information. It could be hardware (a damaged display connector - internal damage, from a fall or moisture, nothing visible externally) or it could be a software problem. It could even be something as trivial as the backlight having been turned off completely (which it shouldn't let you do, but I've seen someone manage it before).

If you reboot it do you see a splash screen when it starts to boot? That should come on before android is loaded, so a ROM or app problem shouldn't be able to affect that. If you know how to boot into your bootloader then the screen should work in that mode unless there's a hardware problem. So if the screen lights up when you start to boot, or you can see the bootloader menu, it's a software or settings problem, and conversely if it remains black for both of those then it's hardware.

If it's software or settings then a factory reset, which you should be able to do from the bootloader or recovery mode, will fix it, but of course you lose any data that aren't backed up. If you conclude that it is software/settings you could post again, perhaps better in the main forum, so that we can brainstorm a bit and see whether there is an alternative to a factory reset.

I'm sorry that I can't tell you how to access the bootloader or recovery menu, but that depends on the phone model and I don't know what phone you have.
