Please help get rid of floating chat looking thing

My wife messed with my phone one night and when I got it back it has this weird floating chat thing. When I click it all it does is says out loud the apps on my phone. I have looked through all settings and tried everything to get rid of it besides factory reset, I'm trying to avoid that. I will put a screenshot up showing the thing. If anyone knows how to get rid of it please let me know.in the pic it's the little gray bubble thing in middle of screen

Try long pressing the icon and see if that doesn't bring you an option to delete.

That was the first thing I tried. Pressing it turns it into a play button that reads off the names of the apps showing on the screen. Pressing it and holding it does nothing more either. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like after pressing it. See it just moves to bottom and reads through everything and once it's done just turns back into that chat looking bubble. The controls on it when it's reading are just to move it forward or backward and to slow and speed up the voice

This icon could be disabled in settings>accessibility>vision>select to speak>off

It's made for the visually impaired so that they can click on anything and it will read it for them

Sure! I thought I saw another member with that issue and had to rack my brain about where that was
