Please help, GS7 just flashing samsung on screen after cf auto root.

Guys please help me im a idiot. i am a complete beginner and like a fool i thought just after some light reading i could root my s7 g930fd i attempted a CF auto root and was going ok. got the green light with PASS. but the phone didnt reboot and just has a black screen with white samsung flashing. The only thing that i can do is put it back into download mode. dont know if i should of but i done it again making sure the auto boot and timed boxes were checked and same result.
Please help, any help given please treet me like a 4 year old when talking about files and zips and anything else.

Thank you, if i do that what will be end result on phone. have i already lost everything or could it be a simple fix. apart from the black crean with samsung on it i can get it into download mode but thats the only 1. And sorry im complete novice with things like flash and firmware and all the rest of it. im just so desperate to get my phone back.
 
Flashing the stock firmware should return it to fresh out of the box condition and will lose all user data.
 
ok thank you i understand, will i also loose the android updates? after that am i safe to root, if so easiest root for a idiot like me.

Thanks, couple of reasons, main 1 is a spy app that i run needs the phone rooted for what i want on it. hacking wifi lol, and just the normal perks.
