Hey guys.
I'm hoping someone can help me with my Droid (running 2.1 OTA update).
I had my phone replaced not too long ago because it was having a few issues, but it appears that this new one has the same issues.
The most frustrating of these issues has to do with my home screen. The phone will randomly erase my home screen setup (widgets/apps placed on my 3 homescreens) while closing an app, switching to a different app, etc.
Here's the thing, it doesn't "erase" it, it just doesn't reload it when I return to the home screen after using an app.
I used to have to do a battery pull, and that would bring everything back to normal on it's restart. I've started using Advance Task Manager, and have realized that force closing the background running CONTACTS STRORAGE or HOME under all apps, will make my whole home screen setup come back.
So has anyone had a problem getting the home screen to reload, or just not reloading.
It did this with 2.0.1 and 2.1update1, so I think it may just be a malicious app.
Any help would be gratly appreciated.
