Help Please help, I dropped my phone.

1. Manufacturer - Samsung

2. Model - Samsung Galaxy S6 Active

3. Software version - Android™ version 6.0.1, Marshmallow (G890AUCS4CPF3).

4. Specifics of the problem - Yesterday I dropped my phone onto some hard flooring while I was grabbing something, when I grabbed my phone and looked at it, the screen was black, all buttons where unresponsive and no lights came on. So I went upstairs and plugged it into a charger, a red light turned was activated on top of the phone, and an empty battery came onto the screen with a 0% inside of it with a small green light pulsating below it. After this, I waited around 20 minutes, thinking that the drop had somehow drained the phone, twenty minutes later the phone was still at 0%, after this I plugged it into a different outlet that I knew worked, and waited around 1 hour, Still nothing. As this is a S6 active, the battery is not easily accessible, and I can't perform a simulated battery disconnect due to the phone being at 0%, and turning off whenever I pull out the charger. No, I can not access the Lock Screen or any of the other main phone functions, as the phone will always turn off whenever I try to turn it on, even with the charger inside.

5. Specify if the phone is rooted- No, this phone is not rooted.

If anymore Info is required, please tell me, I would be happy to tell.

Sadly, I agree. Unlucky, since the Active is supposed to be the more robust model, but this sounds like hardware damage and is going to need someone to repair it.
