Please help me I forgot pattern of my Mobile

hello,I own a Moto G5s plus.I have activated pattern and fingerprint for security purpose.But gradually i forgot the pattern as i was just using fingerprint.But now i rebooted the device and it is asking me for the pattern to enable fingerprint.The data inside is important and i dont have backup of it ,So please kindly help me to deal with this situation.Thank you!

Hello there!
From what I understand, if you enter the pattern wrong "X" amount of times , the device should ask you to sign in with your google account and password.
Once entered correctly, you should be able to access the device.

Maybe you have to do a factory reset.

For my phone, I have enabled digital password as well as fingerprint to unlock screen. In order to prevent from forgetting password, my phone forces me to unlock screen with password every three days even though my fingerprint works well.

Go for forgot pattern, it will be enabled when drawn wrong pattern. The google recovery account will be on the screen and if you forgot your account id and password you can visiot near by mobile repair shop they unclock it with few amount and your data won't be erased.
